Clear prices for Phase 1. No surprises after.

Every package is a fixed-price first phase with an exact scope. Anything beyond it is an add-on or a later phase, and you get the price in writing before work starts.

The price covers Phase 1. You decide what comes next.

Starting with a focused first phase gets you live sooner and keeps the cost predictable. Once it is in use, real feedback shapes what is worth building next.

    The fixed-price package: the exact scope listed, built, tested and handed over. This is what the price on the card covers.

  2. Phase 2+

    Grow

    More pages, users, modules, rooms or floors, once Phase 1 is in use. Each phase is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts.

  3. Ongoing

    Care

    Optional monthly care plans and maintenance contracts for updates, backups, monitoring and support.

Phase 1 automates the rooms you use most. Add more rooms, curtains and climate control in later phases.

Good to know

What is and is not in the price.

  • Payment: 50% to start and 50% before handover. Larger projects are paid by milestone, one milestone per phase.
  • Every package includes the listed scope and two rounds of revisions. Work outside it is quoted before it starts.
  • Domains, hosting, licences, network and smart-home equipment, and payment-gateway fees are billed separately unless stated.
  • Prices are in AED and exclude VAT. USD amounts are shown for reference. Final scope and price are confirmed in a written proposal.
